Carrier: The well-proven vehicles of the Carrier range are designed to meet the highest demands. Based on an ingenious modular system, they have a firmly specified high-quality standard equipment and are usually available ex stock. Robust earth moving tipper with halfpipe and front press: Krampe Halfpipe HP 20, the classic on europe's constructionsites. Technical changes may be carried out in a limited scope.

Chassis: Extremely resilient chassis made of large-volume rectangular tube 300 x 150 mm/ suspended, height-adjustable drawbar for low hitch position with flanged 80 mm ball head coupling/ hydraulic support foot with double-acting ram, 6/2 way-valve to combine support foot hydraulic <> rear tailgate/ continuous tipping shaft at rear, heavy rocking ball bearings with a diameter of 80 mm/ hole pattern G 140 for rear trailer coupling/ pendle axle unit with asymmetrically offset axles, easy to pull, optimum ground adjustment due to the very large axle oscillations, good stability on rough terrain during driving but also during tipping/ user-friendly central lubrication bar/ ALB valve/ BPW axles with automatic slack adjusters (ASA)

Body: Stylish halfpipe body, sheet thickness 6 mm, material quality HARDOX 450/ front protection hood/ front tipping ram for for easy tipping and optimisation of the stability during tipping/ two-hose quick lowering system for fast tipping cycles/ body end at top designed as pointed roof, soil or stones does not remain on it/ hydraulic opening rear tailgate, additionally pendulum mounted at top to avoid damages through big stones, cutting edge all around for light and reliable closing of tailgate/ robust rubber supports between body and chassis/ bolted mudguards adjustable in width with a steep angle of attack and therefore self-cleaning

Low center of gravity

The center of gravity is 200 mm lower than in conventional body tippers. In the case of the half-pipe design, there are no cross members underneath the body.

The side sheets of the body rest directly on the chassis. This significantly enhances stability on slopes and results in a lower loading height.

Goodbye dirt traps

In the design of our trailer, our engineers ensure the avoidance of external horizontal surfaces or depressions. The consistent design is focused on minimizing areas for dirt buildup. Starting from the pointed roof-like top frame, the light housings, the underbody protection, to the optimized design of the tailgate. Many small and ingenious solutions have been fine-tuned down to the smallest detail based on field reports and customer feedback. Tedious cleaning work is eliminated, and increased uptime translates to higher yield for you!

Strong dumping performance

The tipping cylinder (frontal ram) is located in front of the semi-circle body front wall, allowing the hydraulics to act exactly where lifting is easiest. This also minimizes torsion between the chassis and the body.

Overhead brake cylinder and AGS

Krampe's engineers have developed a solution in which the brake cylinders for all axles, including the BPW AgroTurn steering axle, are positioned above the axle body. This relocates the diaphragm cylinders out of the area of dirt and hazards. This design was developed in collaboration with the axle manufacturer BPW and is exclusively available for Krampe vehicles. Your safety is our top priority, which is why automatic brake slack adjusters (AGS) are standard equipment on all our trailers. Tedious manual readjustments are no longer necessary, and the consistently well-adjusted brake pads ensure precise braking. This provides an extra level of safety when it matters most.

type-approved underride guard

The Krampe underride guard has been designed, tested, and approved in accordance with the latest European laws under EU Regulation (EU) 2015/208. This protected safety device is available in various versions. Standardized attachment points at the rear of the vehicle allow an easy replacement in case of damage and enable users to switch to a different underride guard variant at a later stage. For example, changing from a fixed to a folding underride guard can be accomplished through straightforward installation work.

Narrow drawbar for optimal turning angle

The narrow design of the drawbar on all Krampe trailer allows an exceptionally wide turning angle, making the tractor-trailer combination highly maneuverable. The drawbar varies in wall thickness depending on the vehicle size and permissible total weight. As a safety-critical component, Krampe's drawbars are robotically welded and subjected to uncompromising 100% quality inspection. On almost all vehicles, the drawbar is also equipped with rubber buffers as standard and can be adjusted to the tractor's height. Hydraulic damping systems are available as an option.
