Our hooklift trailers are real professional vehicles and can be adapted to the respective traction vehicle and to the desired application. The THL 8 L, THL 10 L and THL 16 L series are specially designed for use behind a truck, UNIMOG or Fastrac and are therefore suitable for motorways. However, they can also be used with conventional tractors.

The Krampe Tridem hooklift trailers have a lifting capacity of up to 30 t and are able to move containers of a length of up to 8.50 m. At the same time, they have a payload of up to 26 t on public roads. Besides the technical data, the vehicles impress with their fantastic driving comfort. A characteristic resulting from the pneumatic suspension mounted as standard. Once hitched up, you do not want to let the THL off the hook again.
The front and rear axles are designed as steering axles as standard. For optimum driving along curves, we recommend the use of a hydraulic forced steering which can be ordered as option such as an electronically controlled version. For fast journeys, sloping sites or for manoeuvring, these additional options are a useful extension of the vehicle.
The THL 30 L is equipped with its own oil supply and radio remote control while the hydraulic system of the tractor is used for the THL 25 L. Containers of up to 25 t are then possible. An auxiliary tipping cylinder is mounted for support.

The tractor only needs three double-acting control units: For the two main working cylinders, for the push arm and for the hydraulic container locking device.
