Tailor-made trailers for almost every application are manufactured in our factory in Münsterland. Thanks to an ingenious modular construction system, we meet the specifications and requirements of our customers and thus deliver individual solutions according to customer wishes. The name BigBody stands for a high transport volume with optimum rigidity. The hydraulic rear tailgate mounted as standard is technically mature and is “rape-proof”. So that empty journeys do not become too expensive, we have been manufacturing weight-optimised trailers made of high-quality steels for many years. This is not only sustainable for the environment but also for the wallet.
Thanks to the EU type approval, we still meet tomorrow’s requirements.
The two-axle tipper is the universal vehicle among the body tippers. It combines a hight transport volume with excellent driving characteristics.
Optional equipment such as silage extensions or pneumatic suspension leave nothing to be desired. An individual tipper according to your requirements.

Modern today's tractors offer a level of performance that, in combination with a powerful trailer, enters completely new dimensions.
With the BigBody Tridem models, you get a tool especially developed for the new large tractors. This vehicle category is especially suited to the tasks of contractors and large-scale farmers. With a body tipper of up to 9.80 m, enormous masses can be transported. In case of the largest Tridem, this represents 54.4 m3. The track width of 2.15 m ensures stability, while the front and rear axle are designed as steering axles as standard.
For optimum driving along curves, we recommend the use of a hydraulic forced steering which can be ordered as option such as an electronically controlled version. For fast journeys, sloping sites or for manoeuvring, these additional options are a useful extension of the vehicle.

Up to 22 tonnes can technically be transported on the BPW axles mounted as standard. Thereby the springs are generally mounted on the axles in order to guarantee a high ground clearance which results in a low platform height and a low centre of gravity.
From the BigBody 650 upwards, we offer optional pneumatic suspension providing unbeatable driving comfort and increasing road safety. A roll-stable running gear that delights our customers. By the way: On the BigBody 790, the pneumatic running gear is even mounted as standard.
Additional options such as silage extensions or coverings enable our vehicles to be individually extended. A lots of tyre variants let the Tandem body tipper be a real all-rounder.

A typical innovation from Krampe is the automatic pressing system of the rear tailgate by means of self-adjusting lateral closing hooks in the floor area. This design has now been prevailed by almost all market competitors.
The hydraulic rear tailgate mounted as standard in the BigBody is technically mature and "rape-proof".
A proper solution: The bottom profile of the rear tailgate is inclined. This means that less dirt and crop can be deposited on it. Less dirt on the roads and paths ensures simultaneously greater road safety.
The sidewalls and the floor sheet of the body are made in one piece. Two belly belts provide increased stability on the tridem and prevent the long body from bulging.
The BigBody range has proven itself thousands of times and impresses with its appealingly simple design and its high reliability. The folded body sheets ensure optimum rigidity. The conical body form facilitates the slipping of the load.
All components are welded waterproof all around.
We manufacture (almost) everything. Finally, we are not a volume manufacturer but experts for customized solutions. Thus, besides silage extensions and grain hatches, our accessory range also includes solutions for load securing.
Krampe running gears are not bog-standard components. The Krampe engineers are known for their competences in terms of running gear. They optimally adapt every running gear to the desired application.
Almost all tippers can be approved for different speeds up to 80 km/h.
BPW axles are mounted as standard in our vehicles. The overhead brake cylinders are an innovation which is currently only available by Krampe. Conceived by us, made for us.
