Hall 39, with a floor area of approximately 1,000 sqm, was built in 1973 as a maintenance hall for the barracks in Coesfeld. The new sheet metal center is under construction here.
In the hall, a fiber laser with an automated storage tower will be installed. A modern CNC-controlled press brake for further processing will also be installed.
Our employees will have access to a new break room, sanitary facilities, and a supervisor's office.
The facade upgrade provides a new look and brings a lot of natural light into the hall.
A new floor slab has been installed. Reinforcing foundations are in place in the areas of the laser, storage tower, and press brake.
Outside, the concrete surface is also renewed and prepared for the installation of cutting gas tanks.
In the area of the storage tower, the roof is raised to accommodate the new sheet metal storage tower. The 20 automated shelf compartments with integrated weighing technology will later be connected to the ERP system.
The laser has been delivered and placed in the hall. With the crane, the other components were also brought into place.
The top floor of the shelving system was lifted through the open hall roof.
Despite adverse weather conditions, thanks to the professional installers and technicians, we are still on schedule, and in the next few weeks, we will move into the testing phase.
