New Krampe RamBody 680
A push-off trailer for mid-size tractors

The push-off trailer family is growing: the new RamBody 680 is a new addition to the Krampe portfolio and a more compact and manoeuvrable variant of the popular RamBody 750 and 900 trailers. Specially developed for customers with lighter, mid-size tractors, the RamBody 680 was revealed to the general public at the EuroTier trade fair in Hannover, Germany.

With a transport volume of 22.3 m³, the new light push-off trailer in proven Krampe quality can carry payloads of up to 20 tonnes on site.

One of the new features on the RamBody 680 is the reworked body. Lateral stanchions and horizontal bends in the body sheets help to ensure maximum stability and rigidity. In addition, the transport volume can be increased to 32 m³ with aluminium extensions. A manually foldable version of the modular extensions can be added to one or both sides of the body, making it ideal for customers who want flexible loading with a front loader.

For an even greater payload, light cargo can be pre-compacted in advance. This way, the volume density can be increased by around 60% depending on the cargo. An integrated safety relief valve protects the system from damage.

The volume rear tailgate, which comes as standard, offers additional storage space and is supplied in combination with a hydraulic folding underride guard. This is automatically controlled with the tailgate during the unloading process so loads cannot settle on it.

Another practical feature is the adjustable seals that lock the push blade on all sides and guarantee a grain-proof construction.
Thanks to the push blade, loads can be unloaded horizontally in as little as 25 seconds as the blade works at a rate of 100 l/minute. This is ideal for low halls or for a safe unloading onto silos. The mesh pattern of the push blade means that the driver has a clear view of the load and the inside of the body at all times.

The hose holder on the RamBody 680 has been adjusted. The scissor system has been replaced by a utility model-protected, pivoting hose holder. It is situated below the push table and protects the hydraulic hoses from damage. Thanks to the slim structure, the driver always has a good view into the body.

The slim towing device design enables a significantly larger steering angle which reduces the turning radius noticeably. The optional, pneumatic running gear helps to ensure high driving comfort. Upon request, all functions can be controlled via ISOBUS.

The standard EU type approval in accordance with Regulation (EU) 167/2013 means that the trailer can be used throughout Europe without any problems and has a high resale value.

Over a hundred units of the RamBody 750 and 900 have been sold in the past year and they have established a reputation for themselves as a practical choice for farmers. The RamBody 680 is Krampe's answer to the growing demand for a smaller and more flexible trailer. The new RamBody 680 will be available from 2025.
